INTERVIEW COACHING

Interview coaching allows you to give your best performance at interview by improving body language and communicating your unique selling points. It can reduce anxiety and boost confidence. It will help you to answer difficult interview questions, chase feedback, manage and negotiate job offers.

Interview Coaching – DVD recorded

• Pre-interview telephone briefing to identify your experience and current skill set so we can create tailored interview coaching appropriate to your desired job specification.
• Mock interview. (15 minutes) Formal interview recorded on DVD and played back after the session for constructive feedback. This is a powerful tool as it lets you see yourself as an employer would see you.
• Post interview feedback. Interview performance is critiqued, answers analysed and improvements worked on. Body language, eye contact, posture, language style analysed.
• Interview Questions. We help you identify what an interviewer is really asking when they present you with a question and give you guidance on how to formulate your answer.
• Practice Interview & Role Play. Time is spent at end of session putting into practice required changes identified during course of session.
• Copy of DVD is given to you to help you in preparation for future interviews.
• Interview Coach Support. Your interview coach is available by telephone and email at any stage to give advice on how best to answer potential interview questions or to discuss interviews that you have recently attended.

• This provides an opportunity for you to implement interview style changes outlined in initial coaching session. Particularly useful to do immediately prior to attending client interview.
• New questions are selected, session is recorded on DVD and session is played back. Copy of DVD is given to you
