ABOUT INTERVIEW COACH, LAURA McGRATH
Laura McGrath, Managing Director, has worked in the recruitment arena for over fifteen years, including 5 years as a director of a leading recruitment consultancy.
As a recruitment specialist she has experience as both interviewer and interviewee. She has published many articles giving advice on successful interviews.
She has also worked as a Human Resource Consultant with a number of Irish and International enterprises, training line managers on how to manage an effective recruitment processes including:
- how to conduct interviews,
- how to select the competencies to be evaluated during the interview
- providing guidance on selection of the successful candidate.
Such experience has given her a unique insight as to what qualities employers are looking for during the interview process.
Clients include: GlaxoSmith Kline, Renault, Dublin City Council, Law Society of Ireland, TV3, Green Isle Foods and Health Service Executive.
Laura is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin.
